It may feel like you need to be “strong” and keep your feelings to yourself, or use distraction to get you through. But, talking about how you really are doing inside is an option worth considering. Our difficult, shameful, despairing feelings stop growing when we bring them into the light.
I am Jane, an experienced, BACP-Accredited Therapeutic Counsellor based in South London and I offer face-to-face sessions as well as the option for remote counselling.
